Bought this a few years back but felt too small for my wrist so gave it to my little sister. It looks beautiful on her wrist. I think it's a very good watch for teenage boys and girls
I never thought i would like MQ24 as i love Casio in general. Today i bought dark blue one for me and dark red for my girlfriend. As soon as i put in on my wrist all the negative assumptions faded away instantly. This is so awesome watch its insane. I recommend everyone to buy it and try for yourselves, cost is close to nothing. 👍🏻
You can't hate this watch, it's simplicity, elegance and class is unmatched. And at an incredibly low price point.

I have the black dial version and love it. Lightweight, comfortable to wear, inexpensive, and accurate.

I do not know what to say, this watch is just... enough, it's look good in your wrist.
Certainly a watch for someone who want and needs a watch, other watches just seem pretentious compared to this , going out and checking the time it just does the job enough said.

I have the black dial/white numbers version with a day counter. It's the most comfortable, easy to read watch in my collection. That being said, I rarely use it. Why? Because it's kind of boring in my opinion. But that's what makes it awesome. It's not trying to be anything else.
This is the watch that made me realize that I actually do care about the looks of the watch. Yes, I still wear watches because I'd like to be able to tell the time at a glance, but I would also like to think, "damn, my watch looks cool" while doing it. lol

I bought this watch as a kid in 2000. I wore it for about three years and then the telescope mount broke. The watch is still running today.

I like the genesis. Add lume to MQ-24 and you get MQ-71. Increase the size of MQ-71 and you get MW-240. Add the date to MQ-24 and you get MW-59/60/61. And so on.
There a metal case?
Not that I know of.
Frustrating they’re all plastic.

phew. thought i was ripped off there . got the bigger MW-240-7EVEF with no numbers for 15 euros...great watch...super comfortable and you almost feel you can see it in the dark. patek make each new pope a bespoke watch. wonder what franny did with his.

Steve Jobs did not wear this watch. He wore a Seiko Chariot, which, by the way, was reissued in Japan in 2017 and sold for 20,000 Yen, about $155 US at the current exchange rate of 129 per dollar, about TEN TIMES more expensive than the Casio, which costs $10.50 on Amazon. It came out in 2014. Jobs died in 2011. The watches bear only the most shallow comparison. I think you added his name as click-bate.
Yep. He wore the Seiko nano universe sold model but this is about as close as you can get today.
