Relax and you will sleep. I’ve been taking them since 1993. I used to take 6 mg at one time I’ve now reduced my usage to 2mg. Two milligram tablets used to be white the company changed this due to drink spiking. I wouldn’t advise drinking caffeine if you can’t sleep. I’m a veteran user and was originally prescribed rollies for insomnia. If you took 6 mg you would be knocked out quickly. The best thing about this drug is you don’t wake up with a hangover. If you want to get to sleep close your eyes and relax don’t try and fight it. Once your asleep you won’t remember anything when you wake up.

Unfortunately it's a mineral crystal and scratches up in no time. Otherwise, it would be a top watch, but as it is, it's not built to last.

I've had another model Lineage for a couple of years, and totally agree. It's as close to a perfect watch as any I've ever seen. Aesthetics, features, functions, and value are unsurpassed. Highly recommended.

I’ve been taking 1 to 2 mg flunitrazepam so another name for rohypnol for 11 years now. I’ve had severe insomnia since I was 8, and a physical disability. Natural sleep is almost a myth for me. I was able to finally get a good nights rest for the first time in years after taking it. I always wonder why people get knocked out by it so easily. Since day one it just makes me sleepy but it doesn’t knock me out completely. It’s fascinating to see the progression of the medicine as you get more and more tired.

I never thought i would like MQ24 as i love Casio in general. Today i bought dark blue one for me and dark red for my girlfriend. As soon as i put in on my wrist all the negative assumptions faded away instantly. This is so awesome watch its insane. I recommend everyone to buy it and try for yourselves, cost is close to nothing. 👍🏻

There is a setting to change the light duration from 1.5 seconds to 3 seconds (I have the same watch). 1 is for 1.5 seconds and 3 is for 3 seconds.

My doctor in Japan prescribes me 4 milligrams a day and I've been on it for more than ten years. I does help a lot for people with sleep disorders. Note that it should not be used for more than 10 days, but I found out years after taking the medication so I guess the doctor just keeps giving it to me because it's free more me due to my ADHD and it's and easy way to hook up patients and get easy money. I go once a month, I get 46 2 milligram pills and she is done with me in less than a minute: "Everything normal?" "Yes" "OK, so I'll prescribe you another month". Done. I'm not hooked, I don't abuse it, but I have a strong feeling that if I quit abruptly it's gonna be a nightmare. I need another doctor to control the dosage safely until I'm clean. The reason why I need another doctore is obvious though, my first one just will keep saying it's fine and keep prescribing it to me. I could try to lower the dose myself but I'm not a doctor so someone is required to monitor it. Quite a mess. By the way, I can take 20 milligrams in night and still be awake if I really wanted to, and pretty functional. Anyway, the point of taking Rohypnol is because you want to sleep so I would be stupid taking it just to see how long I can stay awake... I get the point of your video. First time, very interesting, really. It reminds me of the first time I took it and seeing the transition is amazing.

Only part of the watch that concerns me before buying it is the minute and hour hands look like a similar color to the dial which would make it difficult to read. I did hear you say in the video that it was easy to read but I have doubts.

Do you know anything about the model LCW-M100TD-7AJF? The only specs I could find for the crystal is “inorganic” and I’ve never heard that as a watch crystal type. I figured all lineages are sapphire, but maybe this one is only a mineral.
