I can't believe I am in day 10!! This is the first time I have stayed consistent to a workout before and to think I almost passed out the first day I took your Pilates workout. I really enoyed today and my body is now getting more flexible especially with the leg raises. Thank you Madeleine! And I am so happy your video popped up for me on Tiktok.♥♥♥♥♥♥
Day 10 done (: I unfortunately didnt do it yesterday, but its okay. I did it today and am so proud of myself for even getting back to it. God reminded me that every day is new and and to keep going. Trying to GLOW UP During Spring Break/ Before Summer! Day 10: - I almost forgot to do it today since I was at school, then a track meet, I had to get ready for bed. - I am glad it was something simple and easy today! - I couldn't hold my balance for a few of them but that's ok!

day 10!! been incorporating these with walking to n from work n walks when i am off and i am already starting to see the difference!! iI feel soo much better mentally and healthier :) i am slowly regaining my strength and flexibility back this video helped me get one of my splits back already!! after only 10 days love ur energy amd workouts girl ❤❤
So I will do this for 50 days (or more bc i think sunday is rest day) now because I'm curious if it gets easier doing these workouts on the 2nd month. (July 2) Day 3:✅ Info: I was crying on the end cuz I felt like a loser and if I'm gonna fail like always..but ended up finishing it, I'm gonna reward myself with a cold refreshing shower 🚿👏. I'm not noticing any real changes in my body (i havent been making changes in my diet, going to incorporate more when i become comfortable w working out) but there are more defined lines on my stomach and my waist is smaller, and overall I feel better and healthier. Thank you so much for the stretch!
I just did day 11 before this so I could have a nice cool down after my workout, and I’m somehow struggling on this one. It might just be because I just did a workout, but I’m really shaky for some reason 🤷♀️ this is still such an awesome plan though! I love it :)
