Kusadasi is cheaper than fethiye region. I m living in a site ,half of neighbours are irish and welsh in the site and flat prices are about 40.000 pound. Flats have 2+1 rooms and 95 sqmeters.

A lot of cheaper property that needs modernising is still lived in and for a lot of people, they don’t want there homes filmed showing their furniture etc, they either feel embarrassed or it’s hard for us to organise with them and the agents.

Why not try an internet search? Lots of info there. Mick and Trudie can't be everyone's agent, it would keep them away from their proper travel vids :-)

They seem overpriced compared to most listings I've been seeing elsewhere.
Feedback: you should put more effort into capturing the views from withing the property, in coastal and mountain regions, buyers are also paying for the view.

    Hello,
Recently came upon your channel and am playing catch up lol. I was wondering if there is a maximum age to be able to move to Turkey. Like 65 or 70 or does it matter? Thank you for the great video.

Hi, I love watching your videos and thank you for this one. Is it true that foreigners cannot buy rural property? That they can only buy within a town or village? Why is that? My dream is to buy a small plot of land with a small house on it, so that I can grow my own fruits and vegetables and be as self sufficient as possible. Thank you.

I have a question I would love answered by either Mike and Trudie or from anyone on these threads who lives in Fetiye.
How dog friendly is Turkey in general and more importantly this region. I have a massively large dog who I literally bring with me everywhere I go. Will she be able to walk around town with me, go to parks and are dog only parks a thing in Turkey?
Do any shops allow shopping in store with your dog?
Are people in the streets and parks generally afraid of large dogs?
Pet shops? Pet clinics? Boarding services?
I would really appreciate any information. I would love to move to Fetiye but can't do it if my pouch won't have a good time there.

oh no , turkey is well known for treating animal. you can get videos in youtube how street animals are living. also big dogs are loved more than little ones here because we have a breed called kangal which is really huge dog , you can see kangal wandering in streets without owners. Most of the shops allows dogs. and vets and clinics are easy to find you can even call them and they will come and take care of ur animals right in where you are .

@@ataemirhandogan4119 It's odd you mention the Kangal, that's actually the breed of my dog. She isn't pure bred though. Her father is a Kangal and her mother is an Aksaray Malakli.
Also your English is very good, I was able to understand every point you made :O)
I also understand dogs are loved especially Kangals but it's a different type of thing all together if they allow well trained dogs into stores and what not.
For example if I walked into a butcher shop with my dog, would they freak out? lol
Also I think my Kangal might end up being the first Kangal imported from America to Turkey 🤣

@@williamdavis9562 hahaha xd , she sounds like a huge soft hearted baby , if you go to a butcher shop with your dog you will see dogs which are maybe bigger than your dog are sleeping in the butcher or any other store beacuse most of the stores feed stray animals .but if you really want to be comfortable about bringing your dog to Turkey , you can search " stray dogs in İstanbul" there are lots of videos about that
