@@agent5778 Rome and Carthage went to war resulting in the complete destruction of the Carthaginian empire and costing Rome hundreds of thousands of lives
Thank you. I'm glad I can keep you engaged with the new content. The Rangdan Xenocides are by far my favorite mystery in 40k, and the lack of concrete knowledge allows for some great speculation
Honestly these guys are one of my top favorite Xenos races despite the fact they no longer exist. Also surprised no ones tried to kitbash their own Rangda just to try and get an as close representation
There are so many different phenotypes of Rangda that you could kitbash the Slaugth into a couple of different bioforms. Also a tyrants kitbash would be really awesome
As unlikely as it is I still hope for a book series on this, would be cool to follow and hear the exploits and thoughts of the different legions towards the Rangda. The abeselute repulsion they felt towards them and since its the second largest of the Imperium's wars it had a huge effect on the later wars its a must have, while I understand that one of the lost is in it and thus they might not want to make it I think if they write it well and kinda ignore the lost one and instead allude to new minor stuff on them and tidbits that is overheard from the legions talking about their side but only in vague terms the Crusade was so big and disjointed that it would be impossible for anyone not of high command to get just a slight picture of anyone else's going ons
Why did they have to exterminate all of the rangdan, they sound like they could play similar to the vampire counts of fantasy and those are my favorite faction!
Hey which novels/stories did you get these details? I only ask because I love this part of the lore and have my own head cannon ideas about the 2 lost legions and their connection to the Rangda. I have only read the online sources that don’t give a lot of specifics. Thanks for the video and good job.
There's a lot of different descriptions. There's also different phenotypes. In part 4 I will go over the phenotypes and theories to their bioforms. I even consulted a biologist on the bioforms
I dont think they are going to go into the Rangdan Crusades to deeply because it consists the demise of 1 of the missing primarchs
I also don't think they will since the Rangdan Xenocides are based off of the Punic Wars
Yeah they would rather flesh out female custodes. Fuck me am i right?
@@MacroLoreWhat are the Punic Wars?

@@MacroLore Thank you
I think its better some mysteries stay untold.
Agreed, with the 2nd and 3rd wars it's up in the air as to 90% of the info
rangdan xenocide? more like, blame dad imma cry:3
You have great content! You've obviously done more homework than most on my feed

The Rangda were open about slavery. The Imperium likes to hide it behind titles, and beurocracy
Great job!
Thank you. Nerd
Great stuff man!!
Wow, that was great!
Thank you for the Motivation, it makes the whole "putting yourself out there" part a lot easier.
I’m gonna make some.

Old codexs, lore from 4th edition
That and scattered between all of the black books
I kinda guess they looked similar to the drukathi from the aliens franchise.

I tend to imagine a rangda to look like the violator from spawn
👍👍👍👍👍
