A better Darkest Dungeon than Darkest Dungeon? I'm tempted to run this with my 9&10yo sons... great mechanics, but language, agh!
Yeah the designers have made an explicitly adult game here, I'm afraid. If it weren't for the content, the rest of it would be perfect for kids.
I will say that it would be pretty quick and easy to put together your own child-friendly adventures using the enemies and mechanics of the game. But that's probably only worth it if you intend to get the game to enjoy yourself, running it for your kids as a bonus.

Yup, there's always something I forget :D Luckily, I've got into the rhythm with the bullshit rolls now and I'm not missing them anymore!

The bullshit mechanic is a standout feature of this game!
@@Hybban That's totally why I made that first fight against those scrubs. I figured it'd be a good tutorial fight and a better time to forget things than later on. 😅
@@martinouellet3540 It's funny. We were calling it the bullshit roll until we figured out what the name should actually be. Then we just never changed it.
