Hi 💜 I made this video in the hopes that it would help you if you're feeling anxious or suffering from an anxiety or panic attack. These are all techniques I've learned and benefited from during my "journey" with anxiety.
Please note that I am NOT a mental health professional.
EFT, or emotional freedom technique, is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. Though still being researched, EFT tapping has been used to treat people with anxiety and people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Inspired heavily by Karuna Satori's amazing anxiety/depression-relief videos. Go check them out! Here's some of my faves:

You know that clicky mouth noise " tick tick click click" I started doing this and I can't seem to stop doing it. This video couldn't have come at a better time. I cannot begin tell you how much this is helping me figure out my anxiety where my chest feels light and the need to keep gasp for air is perpetuating it.

I have aspergers/super high regular functioning autism and one of my 2 little sisters has super low functioning autism. I drive, live on my own, and even run my own business that I started from the ground up etc. I have a social group, I’m writing a novel, and I write research journals. I was still a tough kid. Little sister is almost 19 with the mental age of a 7 year old. We don’t mean to be difficult. I get it’s hard but the rough days aren’t intentional :/. I’m almost 26. My other youngest sister is almost 18 and she’s the only one not on the spectrum. Regardless of what we do, yes it can be stressful and that’s valid but sometimes it does hurt a bit when people get frustrated with us. We don’t mean it. We can’t help it. It does hurt us when others feel stressed by us. It hurts us because it makes us feel bad and it hurts that others feel rough days. It takes way more than patience and compassion.

@@Dana-ki6vs I think he was just trying to say that it can be hard not knowing how to manage most days as autism is a struggle in many . My niece is autistic , just turned 5 years old and ever since she was diagnosed at 2 it has been so hard . We love her beyond this world, so when we see her struggle and get mad and start going bazark we all wish we could take away her pain and understand what she wants. so that can be very stressful. But no matter what struggles we will always love her, it can just start to affect our mental health feeling like we aren’t doing good enough for them . But that’s just my opinion on things. Amen have a blessed day

    Good morning!
I suffer from anxiety and was looking to find something that would help me calm down and I came across your ASMR video Anxiety Relief/Let Me Calm You Down ... I have to say, when u watched it for the 1st time, for some reason while doing the tapping exercises, it brought out so many unknown emotions I had and I felt alot better after the video. Thank you so much for being open & honest about your anxiety issues and walking us anxious people thru guided mediation/tapping & calming videos.

I also feel body anxiety. I think it's the body reacting to the tension caused by anxiety. I am big fan of ASMR, but sadly ASMR won't work for body anxiety. You have to do mindfulness meditation, watch the breath, be aware of present. Thanks for sharing these amazing techniques, you are really very compassionate and caring.
