      i can relate so much! whenever i feel suicidal, i get random reminders out of nowhere to keep on living. once just opened a random page of my old diary and the entry i got said: "today, when i looked out of the window, i realised just how much i truly want to live". I want to believe that the universe really loves us 😭😢

    the first time i listened to this my mind was screaming against it. “no! there is a rush! i have to keep moving! there’s no time!” i almost seem to have this fear that if i slow down and rest i’ll never be able to make myself get up again. but i’m going to keep listening until i believe you.

      @@AngelicaMahakali dogs can get super stressed dk if you know that but they can also have depression mental health is important for all people to learn it’s not just about wishful thinking it takes work real work to rewire your brain

      @@AngelicaMahakali my dog barks at the mail man and all of our friends. he's trying desperately to protect us, but there's no reason to be afraid. i definitely see how this correlates to my anxiety and ptsd: i see a threat when there is none. i probably didn't get the point of your comment but i did get insight from it so thank you !

      I feel the same way but what I'm realizing is that it means my nervous system is stressed and I actually need to slow down. Maybe take a nap or do things where I can take breaks. It's definitely a struggle for me not to push and force my way through things so I get you.❤

    I am often scared going to bed alone, while I am sad or am in a bad situation, because I never know how lonely and pain I will feel or how much I will cry. Physical touch is so important to me. So going to bed alone can really trigger everything in me.
    This video has helped me tremendously with going to sleep by myself. I lie with two big pillows on every side, so that it feels like someone is there. Your voice gives me so much safety.

      That sounds awful. Learning to trust your body is definitely a process and something you consciously have to work on. I have been at it for some months now, and honestly, it is so vital to do! I often say out loud, 'I trust my body,' and it really helps@@nanaosa

    I do schoolwork about 8-10 hours a day and I’ve been so burnt out. I don’t usually like meditations but this was really relieving and soothing. Thank you for your content Ediya 🥰

    I searched for soothing and reassuring ASMR video because I felt like nobody ever reassures me and I've been feeling like a loser and needed to get some rest before work. "You are safe" hit me so hard I started sobbing out of nowhere. I realized how much I needed to hear it. I lost so much emotional tension, even though I only slept a few hours last night I'm not sure I'm going to sleep before work now.

    you have no idea how much this is helping me go through this difficult time of having to apply to nursing schools and study for my entrance exams… it’s been difficult because i’m scared that i won’t get in and that i won’t do well on my entrance exams.. it has been hard to find time to study and nursing application deadlines are nearing… i feel like the world is closing in and that i will be so disappointed in myself if i don’t make it… just hearing that there is no rush and has helped me so much😭💕 thank you

    I’ve been listening to this video every night for months. TH-cam actually puts it in my recommended when it’s around bedtime. It’s my comfort video, when I’m too overwhelmed to try and find something to calm me down, I know what to put on. Oh and I know the script quite well by now lol. It’s exactly what I need to hear when I am overthinking as I deal with low self-esteem.

It's helping me realize things about myself, my childhood and the way I feel socially and about obligations and even about the way I feel about success, failure, this life and the next one. I realized I always carried around this feeling of worry and dread, felt like others were judging me or sick of me and worried about failure and worried about not having resources to visit relatives before they died and so much more.     I usually don’t comment on videos but here it goes:
    I was having a panic attack just moments ago infact even when I put this video on and I didn’t know how to deal with it. This video is the only thing that helped. I remember I had seen it earlier casually 2 months ago to fall asleep to so when all else failed I put it on. I am feeling nearly normal now only because of you. Your affirmations are spot on, your energy is calming and nurturing and your hand gestures are soothing. Your videos feel personal like you’re here with me to take care of me. Your content makes feelings of peace wash over me. And its all because of your demeanour. Your peace within reflects on the outside; in your movements and the words you choose.

    Kind of unrelated but whenever I accidentally fall asleep to these kind of Ediya’s videos, I remember that Dexter episode where he fell asleep to french lessons and woke up only knowing how to say “omelette du fromage” and nothing else 😂

    I never watch ASMR to help with my anxiety, even though I have that along with many other issues (lol?), but for once I wanted to see if you could help with calming my anxiety and you truly have. I’m at work right now and I’m stressed about a multitude of things I can’t control right now and it’s incredibly hard to take that thought and go with it, but I thank you so much again for making this. I am still worried about certain outcomes, but my overall panic attack has subsided. 💚

    right now its 3am and i needed these words. recently i started livestreaming on twitch and i was online until a few minutes ago. i was having a lot of fun and then during the last minutes some guy came in chat and started to harass me. my friend quicly banned him but it felt so gross to have someone like that watching me and i cant know who they are or if they'll look for me in other places. i got really anxious and my 2 friends who were still up there tried to cheer me up, but I'm still upset this kind of stuff has to happen to me because I'm a woman. makes us feel like nothing but a joke. I layed down and the first thing I needed was to reach for you. so, as always, thank you ediya.

    I deeply love these types of videos, the talkative ones really help me fall asleep quickly without much trouble.
    I'm always struggling but this helps a lot to just switch off the brain and finally relax.

    I really like almost all the video that created. The pacing is not too fast and not too loud, it actually lulled me to sleep when I had the worst of insomnia caused by anxiety and stress. There are times that I feel worthless when things doesnt turn out the way it is and had to fix it, this channel and video helped me to feel a little more worthy for another chance to fix the situation later and a good night sleep.
    My fav is Reiki and plucking. I do feel that all the negative energy being plucked away and swooshed. =)
