    People always talk about perfect timing on here... well I tested positive for covid half an hour ago and just saw this notification and felt a twinge of genuine relief. This channel really is such a blessing.

      Drink spoon of baking soda with water. Let someone buy you 85%+ oregano oil, 5-10 drops a day put to spoon of olive oil, drink. Find anti infection frequencies on yt, use headphones

    Ive really been going through it lately and do not have an outlet. I had trouble sitting through this video because i couldn’t even get past the feelings part. I have so much repressed shit. I opened up my notes app and had to figure out what they were which can basically be summed up to that of an angry betrayed self loathing pissed off cornered animal. I wish i had someone in my life right now. Though I dont want to become dependent on asmr videos as a substitute for actual intimacy and peace, this video did help for the time being. Its very hard to keep moving forward when ive been at my wits end for so long. Wish you the best, thank you for your good heart and quality content.

    When I needed to hear words of comfort the most at my lowest point, I watched this video. Stress and anxiety have been a part of my life for over 20 years and i struggle with them every day. I had an opportunity to finally prove i could accomplish something and because i got greedy to do as much as i could that opportunity slipped thru my fingers. I have no idea what to do now and my mind is a blank. Hearing your words has helped bring me back from a dark place I fear of going to that is a final solution to everything ☹ thank you so much for saving me 🙏

      I feel the same my mum left me when I was baby because she didn't want me and I think why not have an abortion instead of carrying me for 9 months only to keep me for two months then leaves me at a pub

    This helped me. I already have watched this video a few times. I just had a baby and now am having crazy financial stress and dealing with severe ppd depression.. this helped me relax and put that aside for a little bit. Helped me get some needed sleep ❤️ thank you

    Your voice is amazing & soothing. Every time you tap the phone with your nails, I don't want it to stop.... For some reason, when you drum tap with your nails on the phone I feel more calm & soothing & I wouldn't mind watching a full video with you talking & tapping on the phone with your nails, nonstop until video is over.     I have been through the therapy and am on medication for OCD and being able to label your thoughts, especially the intrusive ones, as thoughts and nothing more is very important.
