    3 , for sure. I think I’m getting help but actually I’m not. I am learning to release the fear of asking for it

      It can feel really scary to ask for help, but it's usually the build up in our heads that's scarier than actually getting the help😉

    Could not feeling 'joy' be considered burnout? I feel like I have to force a smile sometimes even when my physical battery is full.

      The lack of personal connection with things, activities and people that used to bring us joy is indeed a strong sign of burnout, and one of the three dimensions of burnout. Before you diagnose yourself, make sure that you also have signs of the other two: perceived decrease of productivity and focus, and depleted energy.
