    After my burnout two years ago, friends and family constantly refer to stuff that happened that I should be able to remember. Stuff concerning my children or my late mother. It's deeply concerning.

      Our memory functions suffer the most during a burnout and it takes some years for the brain to recover. Don't blame yourself and don't feel bad about it. You are doing your best, one step at a time. 😊

    • @vassiasar
      @vassiasar 26 วันที่ผ่านมา

      The need for space in healthy relationships is not used as an excuse to alienate and to seek connection elsewhere. It is only used as a way to self-soothe, collect our thoughts, connect with ourselves and soon connect back with our partner. I'm so sorry that your kindness and patience was misused. I hope you are doing better now.

    When we judge ourselves we think we are: 🔸Protecting ourselves and others 🔸 Preventing future mistakes But what we actually do is: 🔸 Create anxiety for ourselves 🔸 Stop trusting ourselves 🔸 Expect failure What about if you learned to trust yourself? Through self love and compassion you can trust yourself.🤗 Check out my channel to watch the full video and learn more▶️

    It's really healthy for perfectionists to learn to see failure as: How we learn ✔️A part in our success ✔️A part of life ❌Rather than the end of the world. We don't grow without failure, it's how we learned to walk and talk and write! Embracing it is one of the most powerful things you can do for your perfectionism.🤗
