Thanks Vassia - I love the way you explain things so clearly and helpfully. For me, it's very hard to grow my new, more self-compassionate voice after many, many years. The inner critic is so much stronger when something goes wrong. And my faulty perception is convinced it has the true view. As you say....it takes time.
