    Was searching youtube for today's follow along workout.. found this ,did this. Very nice indeed. Could you please do a video on a 7 days workout plan , like Monday-strength, Tuesday -cardio, something like this. Would ve very helpful. Thank you for this video.. much love 😊😊

    Hi mam. I do workouts by watching your videos. But after doing core workouts I feel so much pain in my stomach and also suffer from diarrhea for 4-5 days. I had c section twice 3 years ago. So pls tell solution for this.

    Hello Gunjan ma'am, I love your follow-along workouts. Could you please post back fat burning workout as well? I couldn't find that on your channel.
    P.S. This is the first workout I've been able to do completely with minimum misses. 'Up Next' popup in bottom left corner really helped keep my pace. And thank you so much for being an amazing trainer. More power to you!! ❤️

    40+ ke liye workout btaye. Muscle and joint and also bone are very week. Ye workout bhot hard h mere liye, koi easy btaye, begginers ke liye
