    The best thing about this channel is that you inspire me being best version of myself but most importantly i love this channel because you just inspire me and tell me that everything is possible you can manage your work life workout everything with diet and workout .     I will be doing this workout for next one month , and will surely share the results... Jo sabse achi baat lagti hai wo ye k apko dekhke workout se love hone lagta hai.... It's the ambience u create is magical.... 💕
    For the first time Maine koi workout routine one month Tak follow Kiya , obviously not each n everyday work n all but 3 days per week on an average .... Nd I have started seeing difference in my body .... But for records this is the new beginning....

All of your videos for workouts, meal plans, hacks, tips or whatever you bring in a video is worth for listening and to follow. I have completed the workout but NO perks for me though.     The best thing i like about this channel is you keep on showing the results of ur hardwork and keep motivating us regularly so tht we dont loose our hope and keep on telling us that until we won't do anything, we won't get any thing. I got operated and and i become obese and my friemds also started making fun of me and i was also like : mujhe nhi pta meri kya glti hai but after i started feeing ttle confident to start a good diet and i also started doing workout u posetd this video but then next day i was like nhi yrr bus orr nhi and then suudenly i thought about you amd started this video did so .

Even though you are living in hotel and finding a rental place still you are make sure that you upload your videos on the channel regularly.     Hello Gunjan Mam, just finished the workout, did it all, no cheating ;) I would like to see some workout with weights for full body in ur upcoming videos.. The best thing about this channel is how you guide us in realistic path to keep realistic expectations, timelines & goals, as u say one thing at a time. Have seen all your 30days weight loss challenge vlogs, i like how honest you are & not promising fake things , what i learnt from it is slow & steady wins the race! I understood what consistency means! Also one more good thing is you always encourage us to keep trying different healthy & fun recipes!
