Hi Olivia. I feel as though I am in this journey with you. A lot of the advice you give resonates so much with me. I truly appreciate this series. You have no idea how much this is helping many of us. Stay blessed dear and thank you for your effort ❤
❤ Thank you for sharing your experiences, it really does help people to get started. I’ve consistently worked out for nearly 4 years, some months have been better than others, but the fact that I show up and keep my goal at the forefront of my mind has been the game changer for me. Your spirit and kindness is ever flowing through your videos Olivia ❤️🙌
Hi Liv hope your having a great day. any chance you could add the receipe of that salad, pancakes and choc dessert you made on here? The spread you made for the fam looked so good. I’m not on Instagram or any of that 🙏
I work full time and have 3 kids and 2 dogs and the gym 2/3 days with daily steps feels so unattainable to me at the moment :( I go the gym in the morning before work then the house is falling apart around me and I’m so far behind when I finish work and need to cook the dinner. The juggle is real!
I can relate to this post. I have 3 kids as well, one a baby but I’ve realized no one needs you at 5am so that’s when I sneak my runs in. Moms are amazing. Keep doing your best and the results will come 💕
@@inspiredbyvee7550 amazing that you can do that, and it works for your schedule ❤️ trying to juggle it all really is such a balancing act, just takes one sick child or a bad nights sleep to throw it all off!
I completely understand! balancing everything can feel like a huge challenge! I don’t have kids, and I still feel like I’m juggling multiple roles and working 24/7 sometimes! You’re already doing an amazing job fitting in those morning workouts! Getting steps in around the house can really add up, and honestly, having a walking pad at home has been a game-changer for me! it’s such an easy way to get steps in without even leaving the house. Just remember, it’s about consistency over perfection. Every small step truly makes a difference ❤❤
@@OliviaJarvis thank you 🙏 I have huge progress over the past 2 years losing 2.5 stone but I’m struggling to lose anymore weight and staying consistent but I won’t give up and just keep trying my best ❤️
Its hard! I have kids too! I tell you now most days the house is a MESS because im prioritizing the gym and steps, cooking healthy for ME and family, rather than cleaning 🥲 (cleaning my house gives me 2000 steps so its a bonus 😅)
A great talk, as usual Olivia. What a darling boy, is that your sister? Your upper back is looking amazing! Good job! Those bowls you make, do you eat all that food? I know it’s healthy, but that’s a lot! I know it’ll fill you up and the protein is so satiating, but my problem is snacking and not giving myself enough protein. I really must get more intensional! Thank you for the way you are, you’re an inspiration!
Hi Olivia. How do you manage to stay focused when all around you hear negative news, bullshit. Does it not affect you? When I hear something negative, the whole day goes away and I can no longer concentrate on what I have to do. Greetings
Would you say your level of leanness and means you used to get lean are achievable and safe for the average person? Given you’ve announced now that you are prepping for a show? X
@@suzy2340-g2d So I’d say the fat loss phase I did earlier this year was very realistic and sustainable, focused on balanced nutrition, workouts and maintaining a healthy lifestyle so definitely achievable for average person, my approach with this was a smaller calorie deficit over a longer period of time, 4 gym workouts, daily step goal and 2 cardio sessions for example With prep it’s increased output in terms of cardio sessions, getting to a much lower body fat for the show, the level of leanness isn’t maintainable long-term and the approach becomes more specific to comp prep, with calories typically going lower. Definitely not something I’d recommend for everyday goals, as general health and sustainable fat loss needs a more balanced and manageable approach X
