      @ "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." (Philippians 4:6) and Psalm 145:5: David highlights the specific points of meditation, “On the glorious splendor of your majesty, and on your wondrous works, I will meditate” and then lastly, in Luke 11, Jesus warns us that our eyes are the lamp of the body and we must be careful what we consume because it will become us… just in case you were interested to see. i am always fascinated by different worldviews and love to know more, so hopefully you appreciate this too!!       overnight oats for sure! can prep in less than 5 mins the night before, grab and go! xx
