I love this! As someone who has started my awakening/authenticity journey in the last year, I resonate so highly with this. I have been into fitness for 5 years, but for all the wrong reasons. Once my mindset shifted into health over physique, I really started to see changes in the way I felt and started loving the way I looked as a bonus! I have watched your videos for a while and find It an awesome coincidence that you have let your hair go naturally curly as you have gone down this path. After a decade of straightening and blowing out--I embraced my natural curls. I love them and have received endless complements. The same goes for your hair. You are glowing from the inside out!

@livinglifeblessed1 I on the other hand, learned myself to 'silent sneeze' so I sneeze like a little cat. Although cute, it's unhealthy. Apparently by keeping the pressure in, I can bust a vein in my head. But I don't know how to 'normal sneeze' anymore. 😅 I'm jelly of your thunder sneezes!!
