I was listening to it yesterday and thought to myself ‘wow this is nearly 20 years old and I still love it’ normally i don’t like music that came out before I was born but with coldplay i can make an exception 😆

One of the best Coldplay songs. I have a hunch they don’t play this song much because they don’t get the reaction that all the newer songs get. When bands get as big as Coldplay and they shift toward making energetic songs that make the crowds go wild, songs like Sparks suffer… Or maybe I’m wrong, people could be in tears in the crowd, who knows?
