- This is our latest cottage house concept in this we designed a 33'x28' (10x9m)spacing cottage house featuring 3 bedrooms, and each bedroom has its own private bathroom for ultimate convenience. This cottage house is designed with an open-concept kitchen, meaning the kitchen, dining area, and living area are seamlessly connected. While the drawing of this layout more focus was given to the comfort and elegance in a compact footprint.
This cottage house is 2 stories the first story has a living area, kitchen, dining area, laundry, and one bedroom with a private bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms with its own private bathroom and balcony too.

i'd like to have a place to hang my coat when I enter. Although there aren't that many upper cabinets, the under-stairs closet could be for pantry items. The laundry also has the potential for more storage. Every bedroom has its own bath, and all bedrooms have outdoor access.
NICE DESIGN! Some sort of coat closet by door would be useful.
Have concerns about smoke with the BBQ right next to the house. LOVE the concept, though, but think a better placement would be a back porch. For a touch of privacy. The deck space for the upper bedrooms is great!

I like this house. Maybe add an addition off the laundry for half bath for guests so they don't go into your bedroom. Otherwise I think this is beautiful.

Почему у вас нигде нет прихожей? Вы что, вваливаетесь в гостиную в верхней одежде и в уличной обуви!? Почему нет помещения где можно снять плащ, шубу, пуховик, куртку? Почему сразу идёт гостиная?

I'm so tired of home designs that make the MAIN ROOM, the living room, smaller than a walk in closet. HUGE kitchen to cook for 30, but only 4 can comfortably sit in the living room. If a couple has 3 kids, one has to sit on the floor or in the kitchen, STUPID.
