This is the perfect family weekend and summer home. I especially love the second floor. I have 2 adult children and 4 grandchildren.

This house is so cool! Very pretty. There are a couple of things that i would change. Considering how big the table is it needs a larger kitchen with much more storage. The bunk room has no closet for some reason. Otherwise it's a gem.😊

Master suite is lovely. But bunk beds out in the middle of the landing is really odd. Children would be disturbed by adults socializing in other area of the house, and would miss sleep. They need their own room.

I am IN LOVE with this house! How do I get a hold of THESE plans? The Kitchen is fabulous and those windows are all so beautiful! I would turn 2nd floor into an upstairs living room as I’d be by myself. Everything else could stay the same. Simply Stunning.

Was this created by AI run amok? There is so much that just isn't suitable for human occupation.
The TV over the fireplace is a bad move. In this case it's so close to the fire that it would be damaged by the heat. If you moved it higher it would be uncomfortable to watch. Other planners have solved this conflict. Check them out. The kitchen is too small for a large family, and the powder room directly off the living area lacks privacy.
A walk-through hallway is hugely inappropriate for the kids' bunks. They'll wake up when the adults go to bed. The open fire for the kids to play with is ludicrous! At least their toys are safely locked away so you won't trip over them. Again, the TV will be destroyed by heat. The free-standing tub is difficult to use with a shower.
The master suite is luxurious, but the bathtub in front of a full-length window is for exhibitionists only. And there's that unnecessary fireplace!
