I like this plan. The rooms are sufficiently large, and the basic features that I look for have been included. The office could also be used as a fourth bedroom, a playroom for small children or as a media room.
Great bones! I’m not sure how/if bold tiles will stand the test of time but that’s a minor gripe. The home has an intriguing retro bungalow feel. Nice home - would live here.

That first bathroom you showed was a weird set up. You first go into a little room with that tiny sink then you go into another little room with the bath tub and a toilet pushed up against it. Who can relax for a nice soak in the tub with a toilet right in your face. Where did that other door in that weird bathroom go? The shower?
I don’t know how I feel about the kitchen at the front of the home? I would lose the office then make the front bedroom larger with its own private bathroom thus moving the utility room adjacent to the entry!
