  • We couldn't be more excited about this Hellion Street Sleeper Kit! We have a line outside Palm Beach Dyno for this setup and it's clear as to why...it's the perfect match for these 15+ Mustangs. Clean install, killer power and many small features on this kit that separate it from the rest.
    Check out the video to see why we like it some much and also check out the Dyno Tuning process and final numbers.

      Lag? The turbos are closer to the engine than a typical under hood kit. Most turbo cars from the factory have them in a similar place. It does open it up to damage if you run something over but it really isn't an issue.

    So it seems like a Whipple Gen 2 makes more HP on 93? You guys made 737/537 with the White 16 GT from Mustang Lifestyle on 93 and a 3.625 pulley. th-cam.com/video/WSZMOND6aw0/w-d-xo.html. I'm debating between the two setups and there's no e85 where I live so I'm very interested in 93 numbers. Thanks!

    • @PalmBeachDyno
      @PalmBeachDyno  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You have to consider boost level. The largest Whipple pulley makes about 2 psi more than this car did. And obviously you have to consider average hp. A Whipple will make better peak horsepower than this turbo setup due to the intake manifold and runner length. So even though the Whipple makes more peak horsepower up top, this car makes better average power across the RPM range as is reflected in the torque. 60+ ft lbs of torque in the mid range is significant. At the end of the day, you can't go wrong with either setup.

    @Shotgunwilly1588 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Does anybody know that a turbocharger is way more efficient than a supercharger and you can make more power from mid-range to top-end with a turbo than supercharger and that stealth kit is badass I wonder how they're route the air through the stock air box and the intake tube all you have to add as a Cobra jet intake and Cobra jet heads set of stage 3 Comp Cam vsr cams a good free flowing exhaust like a Corsa system update the coil packs change the plugs replace the oil pump sprocket gear and build the bottom end turn the boost up and let her go you'll have something around 1000 horsepower or close to it anyway with a supercharger you have to mess with belts pulleys it's a pain in the ass I say turbo is worth the money and goes all the way in the long run and saves a s*** ton of cash a turbocharged coyote will outrun just about anything. thanks

    • @camarosaregay7943
      @camarosaregay7943 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No ur wrong. Turbos will make more power but way more labor intensive and maintenance is a pain in the ass, it’s powered by exhaust so heat will be or could be an issue especially if it’s a top mount kit right near the motor and not a low mount kit that’s hidden and under the bottom of the car. A blower is the easiest most reliable way to make good power

And if the exhaust is hot enough you will get a flame shoot out and that pop. It will also happen if you hit the rev limiter

    I loved this kit but when you think about all the things you need, it will cost you like 9-10,000 in total for the turbo kit and the installation. It’s a great kit, it’s just very expensive and you can get the same power for a lot cheaper.

    • @CompOstang50

    Whats up with the intake looking like a stock airbox

    • @GettingthruLife
      @GettingthruLife 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The air inlets for the turbos is at the turbos. To keep the inlets from sucking in debris and water there is L- piping that puts the intake points up higher behind motor. What I'm not clear on is the stock air box even used? I would assume so but not sure if and how combined or if there just for looks.

    • @PalmBeachDyno
