      Nope, no issues, I did many other tests much more thought, with nobody on board, and the machine passed them easier

      @@Dynamic4S roughly how much did something like this cost? I just recently bought a old Silicon Motor Speedway NASCAR Sim and I need some big actuators like this to push it.

      The motion platform with 6 only actuators and 6 angular joints for 150kg of payload is 12.5k but if you need more payload the price is higher. Please take a look at the website to evaluate the characteristics and performances:

      That is actually very impressive but I was wondering mostly for the motor in the actuators. Is it possible to share the model of the motor or the specifications? That is one of the best 6dof simulator that I have seen. Keep um the great work 🤟

      Thank you my friend. In a couple of months I will do an upgrade. Low noise, stop motors shaking, changing a bit the geometry and some others minor improvement like encrease the ball bearings size therefore the strength

    Overtravel movements... but great faceplants generator....For any security issues, better get the Qubic QS-625 or the Motionsystems PS-6TM-150. you won't break your neck or be ejected off your seat. I guess you have fine-tuned your simulator until today....

      World been nice if you would have read the title of the video, that's just a test, maybe you preferred the test of another motion sim buider who made the lifting weight test putting three person in the machine and lift them very very slowly. However yes the tests and tuning proceed, I built others prototypes father this, and follow the channel to updated

      The speed of the actuators can reach the 1000mm/s for a 850mm stroke. Please take a look to the last videos as well

    At 17 seconds in if you look at the bottom right corner you can see the frame come off the ground like the when you go too high on a swing set 😂

      Right because this prototype isn't bolted to the floor, if you see other videos there is the last prototipe properly bolted and fixed

      That's true indeed I built three bracket for bolt the platform which I didn't used yet. Keep in mind that this is just a reaction test, take a look to the last video, I have lowed the reactions

    Great and realistic if trying to simulate 20g. Seriously I would at least bolt it down.. Before it falls over and you crash into a wall.

    Nice idea 💡 you can build a big spider multi-optional use, army's & nasa ... for example load heavy objects or check bombs, or help the injured warriors get away from the field.

      Wow I never thought about this purpose. Moreover the hexapod could easily walk installing a leg under the seat leaning on the floor and supporting the whole upper triangle. It's just quite bulky.

      As you can read from the title it's just a reaction test, I settled the parameters lowering the filters, take a look to other videos where the configuration is more mild
