Hey guys, welcome to this weeks video. This was a tough job, but an enjoyable one, with the best reaction at the end that I could have hoped for from my elderly customer, that had just got a bit overwhelmed with the amount of work it takes to keep her patio in order.

When I see the number of subs some of the external cleaners have, I can't understand why you don't have at least 150,000 Nick. You're so clear to follow, thorough, respectful and professional. A really satisfying, calm watch. Thank you!

Hello from south central Texas where we finally got some rain yesterday…not much moss and algae buildup here. This was quite a dynamic transformation…went from nearly black and white to wonderful technicolor!! Great to see the cute little owner sing the praises you deserved!

Glad the owner was able to have you come and do power washing work. Admire your kindness in figuring-out what extra help you could contribute. From a gardening viewpoint, the place is still largely being maintained. The hedges are o.k., the lawn areas formed and mowed. What is starting to fail is the detailing, and you see that in weeds in the cracks, things as ivy getting out of control, etc. Your work is going to make it look pretty good. You do have a "gardening tool" with you, your turbo is good for edging, and you are making good use of it at about 17:36. 27:48, is a pretty good Grime Line contrast. Love the renewed color of the patio and it is set-off with the edging you are doing. 30:48, that is a nicely revived area. Nick, you remembered her as a kind lady and what her home was like. This time, you gave her a Restoration, and it looks great. As you said, the form is back, it is safe from slipping, the colors renewed. Congratulations.
When she came out back to ask if you wanted a cup of tea,I would have ask about the big planter,there was a big dead thing in it and a big pruning would have been great. Anyway great job EVERYWHERE!

Nice bit of variety in this one... top work and a greatstart to the day for being outside, doing what you do so well... don't know how many miles of pressure hoses you have in the van, but you certainly got access to all those spot in that big yard... better be careful, all the lawn mowing channels will be up in arms, there will be a demarcation dispute - using high pressure to do edges instead of rotary trimmers...

A handy man may be able to tighten up the screws that hold the timber to the metal frame on those seats. My neighbour got her son to fix hers.
Good idea, but unfortunately the wood was very deteriorated, so i'm not sure it would be much help ❤️
