Talk as much as you like, Nick. It's all enjoyable. The narcissists out there love to manipulate and control others, pushing their guilt, shame and fear onto anyone that will listen. Ignore them, completely! You've got a job to do, and we're here to support your efforts. Crack on!
Wow, I never would have guessed the color of that roof. You even managed to get the flashing around the dormer window looking like new. And don't get me started on the wonderful job you did with that driveway. It was a fantastic makeover for this 50 year old home. Well done, again, Nick. Thanks for sharing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Would gladly take your weather, we still have 3 feet of snow and expected to start warming up later this week and start melting. Regardless of the obstacles you face you always end up with a stellar job!
Original roof tiles. Block paves probably 1990s. Back in the 70s there would have been two strips of concrete for a car in to the garage, no garden design or thought back then, and house price £3 0r 4,000 !! . Love the work Nick, keep going !
I love the fact that you talk to us about every aspect of what you are doing. Spectacular job as always Nick! Loved this video of course, ever so good to see you! Once again love your being mindful of the hypo. All the best always to you and yours, be well Nick! Super big hugs from Texas to you 😊
I appreciate that Sandi, it always nice to get positive feedback from my viewers, especially my loyal regulars like yourself. You're a top lady, thanks so much ❤️
Nice the new owner is working on the backlog. They are going to have some "pride of place" with the work you are doing for them. Good you know the drains/drainage are working well. I am admiring the progress on cheerful plant beds and a lawn. The driveway, started at "mud brown". As you work, it is looking so different and good looking. (You did a nice hypo spray.) That was a fun Renewal.
I love how, if I'm watching one of your videos and I think "Why didn't he clean that?" or "He forgot to move that" the answer appears on the screen! This week it was the roof of the dorma window. Awesome pressure washing AND mind reading, not bad. Keep up the good work (and the chatting) xx
Nick, love your intros please don’t stop talking, people can fast-forward through it if they don’t like it!!! I enjoy it so much more when you talk during the introductions, and about the job rather than making me read statements!!!
Just keep talking - good to hear! Great job. The walls and drive were pretty grubby so it’s a huge difference. Seems strange to do half a roof but I guess fewer people see the back! Perhaps that’s next year’s job! Good to hear you’re very busy - though with all the ghastly weather you’ve probably got a backlog now!
Thanks Mishka, i've had a lot more people, including yourself saying to keep talking, so i'm going to ignore the haters, and carry on. I really appreciate your kind words ❤️. Yeah, don't get me started on the weather and the backlogs it';s causing, very frustrating. Thanks again, Nick 🥰
I don't know why your channel came up on my recommended list, but I want you to know it is a joy to watch your job. I live in Southern California, USA and never knew a career like yours existed. Thank you so much for sharing ❤️ God bless you and your family ❤
Beautiful job today ! ❤ It’s great hearing you and I loved the music too. You will always have those that feel the need to critique or criticize, screw them you’re great 😁 ❤
Wonderful job Sir Nick. FYI I love your voice. It was one of the reasons I always come back. You are such a joy to watch. Cheers from the pacific northwest. Canada side.
Regarding the amount of talking: I'm very happy that you are not shy anymore, but I think it's understandable if some people don't like you talking for several minutes straight 😅 But keeping the golden mean isn't easy, I myself talk too much as well. I noticed the little flat roof and wanted to comment it as soon as I finished watching but then you explained it later 😂 Regarding the hypo and the grass seeds, you did push the rinsing water nicely in the right direction but your X-Jet hose was coated in hypo and went over the seed patch. I hope that doesn't hurt. Very well done, you also deserve the luck with the sanding!
Thanks for the valuable feedback on that Tatjana , it's much appreciated. I'm not surprised you picked up on the hose with hypo on it on the grass, you're very observant. Fear not, I did notice, and gave the that area a thorough rinse down, so no harm done. I should really included that in the video 🤦🏻♂️.
Well Nick great job, always good to talk keep doing it i will turn sound off !!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 seriously you are the man keep doing what you do bud always a pleasure to watch your video's !!👍
I don't know why, but the sped-up sound of you shoveling the mud, is insanely satisfying! lol! That stuff coming off their driveway, is awesome topsoil, super fertile, they can use that on their patch of baby grass, and I bet it would grow more lush. Just a thought :)
Lol, lots of people seem to like that sound. Yeah I agree, it's probably quite good for plant fertility, but it's quite hard to convince the customer of that 😆
@@PrestigeExternalCleaning Too true lol, they may look at you funny on that one lol..its ok, blame me, I'm the silly American that planted that seed lol (pun intended!) 🤣
I like the talking, especially when it’s an explanation of what someone is doing and why. That kind of information is very helpful when it comes to understanding how to do the job whether it’s DIY or hiring someone. It helps to figure out the scope of the job and the right questions to ask the person when you are hiring.
Hi Nick 👋☺️ Hope you and your family have had a great weekend. I like you talking and am pleased you did much more personal for me. Your damned if you do damned if you don't tho 😂 Excellent job on the roof and the driveway both looked 100 times better once you had finished. Look forward to next week and I hope it is a good one for you 😊 Ooh forgot to say I finally got some good news this week after a 3 year wait I will be getting an nhs wheelchair that is tailored to my actual needs 🎉 I bought one second hand 5 years ago (only one I could afford) thinking I wouldn't need it for long and not really knowing how things would be for me and it is falling to pieces and totally inappropriate for me. I did price up buying it myself to see if I could save up but it would have been between 8-10k I nearly had a heart attack on the spot when they said that 😂😂😂😂 Lets just say that is wayyyyy out of any budget I could come up with (well maybe after 20-25 years of saving 😂😂😂). Love and hugs to you and your family xx 🤗🤗
I can answer that one mate, the pressure washer disperses in excess of 20 gallons per minute and he would not have a powerful enough water supply to keep up so the weelie bin is to maintain pressure whilst it fills from the supply. I think so anyway!😂
Well done, it looks really good!! The roof came out super nice, great color. Also really enjoyed the music, it's much more enjoyable to watch the transformation without hearing the washer. 👍
Roof looks great , the video makes it look easy but I can imagine your arms ache like hell after , amazing job of the drive , excellent job as always.im still trying to catch up on all your instalments.
Your videos gave me confidence to pressure wash my driveway and garage small roof. 5m karcher lance on order and will tackle the big roof next, wish me luck
You? Talk too much ? Never... l like a running commentary. You advise your audience of exactly what you do and why. Kudos to you. Joh, Bunbury Western Australia.
Terrific result as usual. My only suggestion would be to consider that when you’re working near a very noisy road if you could either speak much more loudly or do a voice over. I enjoy hearing and learning from what you have to say but on this video it was pretty much impossible. Obviously, the more I upped the volume to hear you the louder the traffic noise was as well. Just a suggestion.
just curious, why don't you use a wider angle nozzle when cleaning a roof(like the kind you would use at a car wash)? I would think that it would cover more surface area and get the job done faster. is there a reason? captivating videos, you do beautiful work

Hey Shans, many thanks as always 😌. I did ask about the back roof, he just said that there was no moss on it, so didn't want to spend the money. Most of my customers have their roof cleaned for a reason, like moss blocking their gutters constantly, or they don't like the lumps of moss falling from the roof leaving a mess on their floor.
