You have to cook chicken all the way through to 165 because the germs are throughout, unlike a steak the germs are only on the outside of the meat. So rinsing chicken off makes no sense because germs are all throughout the raw meat

I understand that they did their best to not show folks faces, but being more mindful of how they are holding the camera can allow for a smoother turn away when you're speaking to people; the turn away doesn't need to be so dramatic either. Just focusing on you asking the question is fine lol. Lastly, thank you again for the video!! These will definitely go on my bulking list to try!
and to help stop the random folks being in the video at the stores, since we will be seeing you for a majority of the video, you can just focus on the products with just Zac's hands in the video, possibly zooming in mainly on him. I’m American so I don’t know the kilogram to pound conversion but you should take 1 g of protein per pound of body weight you have but more is never bad
If u still need the information your daily protein intake should be 2x your body weight(100g) and protein by itself wont make you gain weight to gain weight you would have to eat in a calorie surplus so you should focus on eating as much carbs as possible as well as the 100g of protein

For that rice eggs. Add some garlic ginger fry them a bit than some soy maybe or fish sauce and some chilli flakes. Let's give it flavour mate.

You can actually cook it to about 156 or 157° and let it rest, the temperature will naturally rise about 165 and it won’t be that rubbery texture
