I live in a small town called Fernie BC Canada. I'm so relieved the mayor removed fluoride from our water, a couple of years ago! Our drinking water is flouride free.
I'm getting invisalign in 20 days to correct my bite. Everything this doctor said is on point. Because of me not being able to close my mouth properly when I slept for many years, I developed 8 cavities.
I had them filled 3 months ago.
I am sooo happy my mom helped me pay for invisalign! Correcting my teeth, will drastically improve the quality of my life and sleep 😭🙌
I cant wait to get my trays, I am so excited! I have cried so much because of the pain I have in the muscles of my jaws, grinding my teeth etc....
I loved this video, thank you so much

I had several root canals as an adolescent. I recently had the silver crowns and fillings replaced with porcelain. It was an expensive experinece, yet the peace of mind I feel is priceless.

Wow, I still have some Mercury fillings 😮
Hmmm, dry mouth, and mouth breathing... this is so interesting... teeth are an active organ, individually, each tooth.

Great subject! I was diagnosed w/CLL (chronic leukemia) in 2008, had my amalgams removed, & been through two 6-month rounds of chemo, & still battling. I had a lot of amalgams growing up (now 67 yrs old), & suspect most of my health problems were a result of those amalgams.

Although knowledge of the dangers of amalgam fillings is growing, it is still relatively common. You can learn more about it here: draxe.com/health/dangers-of-amalgam-fillings/?

Dr. Axe, is he saying oil pulling is not recommended due to potentially destroying the necessary bacteria in the mouth? Or is he saying just don’t add essential oils when you oil pull? I use coconut oil since I’m allergic to sesame. I know this is has anti bacterial qualities. I started oil pulling due to your recommendations years ago. Also, I have been using BOKA toothpaste for a week now. Glad to hear from him what it claims is potentially true!!!

@@drjoshaxe Thanks for your reply but a link to oil pulling didn't answer my question. Is he saying oil pulling is not recommended due to potentially destroying the necessary bacteria in the mouth? Or is he saying just don’t add essential oils when you oil pull? Like I said in my original reply, I have been using coconut oil for oil pulling for years and I do use essential oils. I am wondering if I should stop using EO's?

Risewell and Boka. I looked at both and giving Risewell a try. I've been using Himalaya brand toothpaste for over a year but it does not have hydroxyapatide.

      @@DieHumanless I use weldental hydroxyapatite:
Xylitol, Natural Flavor, Erythritol, Nano Hydroxyapatite, Calcium Phosphate, Calcium Stearate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Xanthan Gum, Quillaja Saponaria Extract
Let me know if you find anything without natural flavor. Thats my only gripe with it.

I have two amalgam fillings that are more than 30 years old and I was told by my dentist there was no problem because all of the compounds in it do not leach out and are basically inert.
How do you respond to that based on the evidence?

@@jaredbackus1416 How do you respond to the concern that removing the amalgam fillings and replacing it with the modern inert ones, produces a whole range of toxins, which can be more harmful than leaving the amalgams in place?
