2. Single PhD Scholar with USA Visa Showing Parents at Home as Strong Ties:

b. Provide evidence of your relationship with your parents, such as family photographs, documents proving shared responsibilities, or any other relevant documentation that showcases your close family ties.
c. Highlight the reasons why you would return after your trip, such as completing your PhD, continuing your research, or any other specific commitments you have in your home country.

What about if I got money from inheritance? Or have invested in Mutual fund?
Money from inheritance in liquid form is acceptable as funds for education. A mutual fund is termed semi-liquid fund due to its volatility and can be used for your 2nd year of studies
@@eacc Dear sir, Thank you! Sir, one more question, that is - mentioning about your loan for study to the VO, isn't it seems that you are intented to be a permanent resident?
@@sirazummoniraa Education Loan plus savings is considered a good mix and should not be taken as negative as the loan is provided to the financially viable person, which proves your financial strength.
@@sirazummoniraa Education Loan does not lead to visa denial as it is common to take Education Bank Loan for study abroad. It is important that you explain your finances well so that the VO is convinced that you have sufficient finance and should grant you a student visa.
Good day Sir, my uncle was initially my sponsor and I got rejected twice.
I made him move the funds to my account and in my new application I used my self as a sponsor.

Sir I am a student with no work experience but my consultancy unfortunately set my sponsor as self can I support this with education loan and sponsor ship from college
Yes, you can present the education loan and sponsorship from the college as valid sources of funds for your education.

There was an error in setting the sponsor as self. Let the vo know you are a student without work experience. Also, mention that you are aware of the financial responsibilities associated with studying abroad and that you have an education loan and sponsorship from the college to cover the entire study abroad expenses. Let the vo know you are carrying the education loan and college sponsorship details.
If i say my father gave me this money as a gift to pursue my higher study.??
If the funds are in your saving account it is acceptable
I did it mistake filing ds160
I wrote there self sponsored but to vo I said my father will be sponsoring my education
My answer is mis match I realized that in my 2nd attempt
And 2nd thing is my father transfer the amount my account
One more thing my father lives in Saudia Arabia so that’s I didn’t get the bank statement of my father
So now what I should correct it ?
