@@vijaydubey3568 Hi Vijay, the visa officers do not ask for any proof of personal savings for fully funded PhD students, but do take a bank letter just in case they ask for any.
Immediate own siblings can sponsor the education. However, it depends on the financial details of the siblings as well however only if we know these details we would be able to give the right answer.

The embassy doesn't have any idea regarding bank details they go on what your words are.. they are trained in observation .. show good savings and you are good to go

They give importance to the savings you have right now... The annual income question is secondary!! Show good savings

You have to apply for tourist visa which will be valid for 10 years.. it's not easy to get the visa slot for it though!!
