Thank you for the knowledge sir.
Can we tell to the Visa officer, that instead of coming back to India someother countries like Dubai or UAE are offering good jobs and packages for that perticular course, so I plan to migrate to that country after my studies???

First, there is no right or wrong answer to any visa questions. If you can justify and the visa officer is convinced that you are a genuine student then your student visa is granted. The answers you provide will tell the visa officer of your INTENT. If I have to provide my answer to your question asked here then I would think that you are telling the visa officer that you do not want to go back to your home country but to some other country. So, you are not proving your strong ties to your home country which means if you do not get better options in other countries or you get better options in USA, you may stay back in the USA. Hence, the visa officer may deny your student visa as a potential immigrant.

I was admitted in NOvia UAS of Finland and my uncle and aunt are my sponsor and they both are PR holder of Finland . This will make any impact on my vissa decision or not ??

For Finland, the money should be shown in your personal savings bank account, and the sponsor of your uncle and aunt will not be accepted for your studies. I hope this answers your questions

If you still want to show your Uncle or Aunt, you need to establish the Origin of such funds as it will be asked during the visa process. However, it is preferred to tell your Uncle and Aunt to transfer the funds to your own savings account and show the same for visa purposes.
