I wish the Back To Action program guide launched a few days ago! 😩 I went back to the gym last week and got a little too excited and spent way too long in there 😭 I went crazy on the intensity & reps. Our gyms closed again here in CA 😔 I have to keep myself busy at home. I enjoy seeing the meals you eat, gives me different options to try!
In NYC the gyms are still closed!! It's sad not to have access to more weights, but doing something at home is better than nothing for sure!! There's still many goals to work on so good luck! I know you'll be able to rock the home workouts

I find this Back to Action guide great because i realised that i can use my resistance bands (ones that you can atach to doors) at home as alternatives for machines that you are using. Situation in my country is not good yet for going to the gym so i am doing this guide at home... So thank you so much Krissy ❤
