    I just found this and the easy-medium-hard training videos. I hadn't seen them before! I love this machine and was presently using it to get in more squats during the day since i have a problem with one of my knees that I am working on (Patella-femoral syndrome). These full programs look like they are REALLY exactly what I need to complement my Resistance Bands training. Thanks for producing them - very helpful.

      I have right knee issues as well, and watching the training video helped me position myself better and I bought a new traing shoe especially for this machine to obtain maximum results. Proper shoeswear makes a huge difference for bad knees.

    I think i am going to love this machine. What sets you apart from the others is the resistance bands on the bottom. All the others use shocks that wear out pretty quickly. Can you add more resistance bands for more difficulty?

      Yes! The Row-N-Ride includes 3 resistance bands, each adding approximately 22 pounds of resistance. You can load up to 3 resistance bands to make your workout more challenging.

      Are you still happy with the machine? I ordered mine, and I am still waiting for them to refill the stock. I dont have much space, and what was attractive about this machine is that it seems to strenghten the back muscles, and work on lower body (slightly more than a rowing machine would).

    Just bought TWO of these for me and my brother .... I am already obsessing and can't wait until they arrive! My only concern is that we will max out the resistance levels. Is there any way, or any possibility of expanding BEYOND the three tensions of bands included? Could additional bands with even greater resistance be swapped in to replace those included? Who knows, maybe the three supplied will be sufficient. THANKS for the workout videos; please keep them coming, especially for more advanced users, and targeting glutes and UPPER body (arms, triceps, back) if possible. TY

    Does anyone know what exercise to use on your Apple Watch when using this? I tried rowing but the watch keeps asking me and I still working out suggesting rowing may not be the correct exercise setting to use.

    I just literally received this today. The assembly was fun to do and now I am sooo happy to find this workout. I did a few practice runs and I know this is going to work for me. There is absolutely no tension on my knees which is what makes working out and doing squats so hard for me. I also felt a tightening of my core so I know it is going to help me in this area as well.       If you're doing this exercise consistently and dieting with a caloric deficit, then you should tone your legs. Most weight gain or weight loss come from your caloric intake vs. outtake. Exercise is there to speed up the process and improve your health for the long haul.

    I am skinny and I need to gain some muscle mass in my butt and thighs. Does this equipment work for this?

      The No. 077 was designed to give users the ability to burn calories and help develop the muscles of the hips, back, arms, shoulders, and core. When using the resistance bands, you can perform smooth squat and row repetitions to help stimulate muscle growth and endurance depending on your current fitness level. If stimulating muscle growth is the goal, users should perform slow and controlled reps with the resistance bands. If 1-3 resistance bands are too difficult, start with no resistance bands. We recommend starting with 2 sets of 15 reps using a slow tempo (5 seconds down: 2 seconds up). If that becomes too easy, then you can add additional sets while reducing the number of reps to 10-12. Working out in this way will cause your heart rate to increase which will increase calories burned during workouts. Follow along with some of our great No .077 workouts on our TH-cam channel, if you need more instruction.

      The Row-n-Ride is great for burning calories, when paired with a balanced diet it can help with weight loss, which can contribute to loss of fat in the belly and chest. However, you can't spot reduce when it comes to fat loss, and everyone's bodies work differently, so you may lose fat from other areas of your body first.

      No i do not like it lol it makes me hate it actually but it is essential for your workout. I use it everyday for 10-15 mins , and i’ve lost 5lbs since this original comment. not much but it’s a start

    It’s a great workout; however, it’s not a “full 20 min workout”. The full video maybe 20 min, but the actual workout is 14min 15 sec! It still great though!

      We can't comment on other machines that are similar to our Row-N-Ride™ but we do know our Row-N-Ride™ has many uses! The greater degree of hip movement on our Row-N-Ride™ enables the user to increase muscle activation of the hips and thighs for maximum muscular development. The Row-N-Ride™ also has the added benefit of an integrated rowing handlebar, which uses the resistance band attachments to provide adjustable resistance during both the squat and rowing function. Performing squats with the rowing handlebar will target the muscles of the arms, back, and shoulders for an excellent, progressive full-body training experience.

      Hi Anne! That is correct. This would be considered a medium level workout due to the quick tempo and deep squats. You can always adjust the difficulty level with the resistance bands to make it easier or harder. Hope this helps!
