    Got the Row-N-Ride a few weeks ago. Awesome machine. Far better than I expected. Really gives a great workout. But are you telling me she got those abs from the Row-N-Ride?

Our trainers complete a well-rounded workout routine, including workouts on the Row-N-Ride, regular cardio, and strength training! For even more advanced results, we recommend mixing your Row-N-Ride workouts with other forms of exercise like mentioned for a more well-rounded routine.

      You can work your abs on this machine by going to almost the top of the travel and then holding it for a count of 20. There's a spot just before the top travel where you will feel it in your abs, then feel that nice burn later.

    Great intro...just my speed! Are there positions that focus solely upon the Glutes? I love this exercise equipment; it's actually enjoyable, unlike the same boring repetition of a stationary bike!!!

      Hi how do I set up the timer please I have the same machine but every time I'm working out the number don't ever go up iand I want to know how much calories I'm burning out thank you

    I'm considering buying a Row-in-Rider for the lower body, but I can't decide if machine isn't better suited for the upper body.

      This machine is designed for a full body workout. Upper and lower body will be challenged.

    Hi, is arm workout possible with this machine? Cus I thinks some arm workout specifically for arms on db method but I really wanna get this machine instead.

      Hi there! Yes, it is possible to get a great upper body workout with this machine. The resistance bands will get tighter as you pull the handlebar towards your body. Complete exercises like bicep curls, as well as several variations of rowing exercises to target your upper body with this machine! If you’d like to focus just on your arms, keep your body in a neutral standing position while completing upper body exercises! Or get a full body workout by squatting and engaging your arms at the same time. Hope this helps and thanks for your interest! Have a great day :)

      Our Row-N-Ride Machine is designed to help you sit back with your hips to see higher activation of the glutes and hamstrings through your squatting motion, and pivoting foot pedals to increase your range of motion. It also comes with a full-motion handlebar you can use to complete upper body or combination exercises, like rows, bicep curls, or a squat and row to burn more calories and target more muscles.

    Does this help with arm fat and help with stomach fat those are my trouble areas will it work my abs?

      Toning the arms and would help more with stomach, but you should keep your core tight as you exercise and have a good proper diet with consistency for best results.

    What heart rate zones are you at during these segments? Are you 130-160 the whole 30 minutes?

      Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, our Row-N-Ride does not have pulse sensors to keep track of heart rate during the workout, however you can keep track yourself with a heartrate monitor or fitness watch.

    quick question i used this machine today and my lower back hurt a lot after using it, am i doing something wrong ?

      Your lower back could be sore from the exercise. The height adjustments could be changed as well if you feel uncomfortable using the equipment.

      @@SunnyHealthFitness thanks its good now, i adjusted the seat i was too far back, and was maybe using my back more to lift up than my feet. after fixing the seat and making sure i push with my legs not back it's great, now its just pain on my legs from how hard these are to do, which is great because i'm getting a good workout.

    How many calories do u burn

      Since everyone’s metabolism is different, the best way to estimate your calories burned is to use the metabolic equivalent equation. We estimate that the MET value of your workout will be between 6-8. Using this value you can use the following equation to determine your estimated calories burned. Total calories burned = Duration (in minutes)*(MET*3.5*weight in kg)/200. For real time calorie tracking you could use a activity tracker like our Smart Fit Watch.
