    Another grateful shout-out to Sydney and sunny health and fitness. I was in a wheelchair 18 months ago and I have rebuilt my entire legs and hips using the row n ride.     Hi ! A family member just bought this for me , and I was wondering if this machine helps burn belly fat as well ?

      Yes, you can burn belly fat with this machine. We recommend completing HIIT intervals or more cardio-based workouts like this cardio sculpt class which is designed to increase your calorie burn and aid in weight loss. When completing regular exercises on this machine, remember to engage your core - it's needed to help stabilize your body during the compound movements on this machine like squats and rows, and will help increase the strength and stability of your core in the process!

    Does this also work for short people cause I'm only a 1,50 m tall, I'm afraid not being able off reaching the handles proberly

      This machine doesn't have a minimum height requirement as it can be adjusted to very short settings. We've had many customers under 5' comfortably use this machine!

    hello again, got a question. I am awating my shippment of this product. I want to lose fat on my inner thighs without bulking up my thighs. I naturally have big inner thighs. I call it fat inner thighs. Will this machine help to reduce the size of my inner thighs or will it make me gain bigger thigh muscles? I do not want to get bigger thighs, i want to reduce the size of mine , and make them toned and slender. Your thoughts appreciated , thanks so much :)

      Hi Linda! Yes, this machine can help reduce fat, while also helping to increase muscle tone for a lean and toned appearance. It will not make you bulky.

      @@SunnyHealthFitness can you also help me with my fitness goal question? I have fat around my hips, belly and inner thighs. I am not overweight but carry this loose fat on my body in these areas.I call it loose fat cause it is not hard, it is like what we call loose skin but this is loose fat i have. I am a clean eater a vegetarian but no eggs. I drink whey protein mixed with my milk and consume 100 or more grams of protein a day. I workout 3x a day doing about 15 min each time. I do all over body work,, then ab work and arm work.I have a hard time loosing this loose fat in my problem areas. I feel my muscles underneath this loose fat but i can't seem to get this loose fat to go away so my muscles will show. Any ideas? I even did fasting many fasting times, i am a very experienced faster , including dry fasting as well. I still am not acheiving results. Would appreciate your help if you can suggest. thanks God bless

      @@MultiLinda7777 That's great that you've been so consistent with your workout routine and diet. Consistency is important for seeing results. In order to lose stubborn fat, you may need to burn more calories. We would recommend adding in some cardio training (at least 5 days a week, 30 minutes each). By completing cardio, you'll be able to burn calories and reduce fat all over your body. Combining strength movements or routines to make them more full-body focused can help to burn more calories as well. So doing things like completing circuit routines with little rest, or compound exercises that target more muscles at once.

      Hi there! Since everyone's metabolism is different, the best way to estimate your calories burned is to use the metabolic equivalent equation. We estimate that the MET value of your workout will be between 6-8. Using this value you can use the following equation to determine your estimated calories burned. Total calories burned = Duration (in minutes)*(MET*3.5*weight in kg)/200. For real-time calorie tracking, you could use an activity tracker like our Smart Fit Watch.

    If i have my seat on the next level setting not on the lowest seat setting will it still be the same?

      When you sit all the way down the machine makes a noise when the seat touches the bar where it rests.

    I feel the thigh more than the gluten work out. Is this really work?

      To target the glutes amore throughout your squat, we recommend sitting back with your hips to push your glutes back as you squat which will make you squat more focused on the hamstrings and glutes. Also be sure to squeeze your glutes as you extend from your squat as hip extension is where you'll get the highest glute activation.
