    Thank you Sidney and all the sunny team for these workout videos .I have had my row and ride for 8weeks now and I work out 5/6 days a week with Sidney ,this morning my wife told me my hard work is paying off she can see a difference in my body in particular my tummy it's getting smaller so thank all

    I just received my row and ride 5 days ago...because of trainer Sidney i am on it daily!!! I already feel and see a difference in how my clothing fits!!! Thank you Sidney!!!🤗

    This has helped me during my times of depression still get a good workout in. I turn on my headphones and go at it, afterwards I feel great💪

    I did this workout again yesterday with my regular workout which is a 10 minute elliptical warm up this row and ride workout which has replaced a 20 minute beginner's workout. And then I follow this with a 10 minute upper body focused workout with some other exercises on the row and ride all with Sydney .6 months ago I lost all my motivation I just didn't want to do anything but now thanks to these workout videos and Sydney who inspired me to start working out again and now my motivation has returned .I better in my self both physically and mentally thank all so much.

    Just got my rower, only used one band, and was able to repeat the workout, next time definitely going for at least one more band and see how that goes, would love for you to do a 45 minute workout with the machine, that would be an awesome workout!!😉

    How many calories do we burn in this workout ??

      The calorie count on this machine is just an estimated average, which will vary based on your height, weight, age, gender, workout intensity, etc. For a more accurate calorie estimate, we recommend using a fitness tracker, or an MET calculator.

    I love this workout, however, I slide like mad on the seat. I have tried different shorts and adjusted the seat. It kinda messes up my form..... any suggestions?
