    Nice! Just put mine in last weekend. Night and day 👌🏻. One thing I didn’t do for my RS was I didn’t cut the shifter ends off or have to modify my dash by cutting it.

      @_fast4lfa  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      So with the RS you didn’t have to run the new ends?

    • @chucka187
      @chucka187 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@_fast4lfa Nope I test fitted them and they work just fine. My main concern was are they strong enough but I haven’t had any issues. Figured if there strong enough for the stock shifter they should be ok. I’m keeping the ends supplied just in case. Also not having to trim the areas was nice as well. I try very hard to try not to modify things first and go from there. I’m not sure how the ST trim fits compared to the RS but I’m glad I didn’t have to hack things up in a limited edition RS.

      @@chucka187 ooooo yeh good point...I’m with you from that perspective
      So I guess my question is, how do you ensure that they won’t pop out since they don’t have retainer clips?

    • @chucka187
      @chucka187 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@_fast4lfa Mine snapped right in. I tugged on them and there solid. I was surprised and thought thank baby Jesus I didn’t have to pry those old ends off. Watching your video looked like a pain and I’m glad I avoided it.

      @@chucka187 dude I didn’t even think to try and pop them in......kinda feel dumb af LMAO
      But hey I was following directions so what the hell...
      Well I’m glad you were able to skip that step and it’s working for you
      At the very least, replacing the ends garauntees that they will never pop out because they have retainers now 🤷🏾‍♂️ whatever that’s worth
      But if I could do it again yeh I’d just pop em in

    I’d like a 2 year update I’m considering buying this! What do you think about it after you used it for a while?

      @jessebudelman lol it’s not a dodge. Dodges aren’t built in Italy

    Kinda think if it was made for the car, you would have been able to use stock cable ends. looks good glad you like it.

    • @_fast4lfa
      @_fast4lfa  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yeh I agree. Not sure what that’s about tbh....kinda wish I didn’t have to do that install would’ve been a lot shorter and simpler

    • @garethpower1039
      @garethpower1039 ปีที่แล้ว

      Why can’t you use the original cable ends?

    • @_fast4lfa
      @_fast4lfa  ปีที่แล้ว

      I’m not exactly sure but I think that part of the overall upgrade is reducing the slop in the plastic part of the cable ends and replacing them with metal

      @@_fast4lfa that’s strange, surprised no one has tried.
      I fitted the solid bushes in the cables the gearbox end and felt no difference whatsoever 😆. Might try installing first without chopping them up.

    For anyone who buys this or is looking to buy it dont. Ive been trying to get warranty components for over 7 months cause the adjusement link and the gearshift lever sheared off after only 6 months in the car. And i ordered this back when it was still in preorder faze. So installed in january of 2021 and broken late june/early july of the same year

    The carbon isn't the difference between the regular and the pro you can get a non carbon pro version the Neutral centering spring is what makes it a pro version
