LOVE 30 minute flows! this was a nice lil workout too :) But I love the vinyasa flows because for me it's crucial to be aware of my breath & how I'm breathing. It's the foundation for life, breathing
When she says it’s spicy she means SPICY OKAY. This flow was amazing.
Omg, I LOVED this one! I'm dripping sweat haha! My glutes and legs/thighs burned like crazy, and my abs were super engaged throughout the workout. I did some ab exercises after the stretch at the end, and omg, I'm exhausted and sweaty, but feel super accomplished and energized for the day/the weekend. THANK YOU, TANA!

I usually watch 2-3 of your videos all in a row (I am a struggling student but I would absolutely watch your premium stuff if I had money to spare! 😭) but today I’m hungover & just one of these has wiped me out!! At first I was disappointed in myself, but I am learning to see the beauty in how our bodies work. Some days we can take a lot, and other days might be more difficult. And that’s ok!

This was great! I'm dripping sweat btw :D My butt and legs/thighs were really engaged and burned, and my abs were literally engaged throughout the entire video. I LOVE how you strengthen and tone our bellies without doing strenuous ab work. It's amazing how defined it gets just by doing these flows because literally every pose requires ab strength.

The flow is amazing. Got a bit confused in the middle of it, but great opening and strengthening work.
Couldn't but notice that your alignment is off when you're standing in the horse pose with your back to the camera.

Thanks Tana these fusion workouts are my favourite. I am 63 and trying to get stronger, I have always been flexi so most yoga is easy for me; I have been doing it 30 years and chatarunga is still a big challenge. I am improving with the addition of pilates and mobilty training. Thankyou

I use do mostly body weight exercises & add ankle weights and light dumbbells occasionally. Could include this if you guys are interested?
