Hi Vadym, you’re superhuman. How did you train to get that high pull-up. The max height I got is is a little pass my sternum but down to below the navel is hard. Need more strength? Maybe I’m too old? I’m 2 months from 66 year old. Learn calisthenics when I was 64. My jaws dropped every time I watch your video. Very entertaining Nd educative at the same time. Hi guys i have a question; what's more effective training, emom, less reps with added weight or more reps only with bodyweight? Let's say: emom 30mins, dips +17kg 5 reps(total 150) or bodyweight 10reps(total 300). Thanks
