Cam Myers is going to be unstoppable. This WR won't last long.
Americans are on fire!! Fisher and Hocker in a race for the ages for the 3000m WR and Nuguse with the Mile WR!
YES! It's time for the US to represent on the world stage! Finally, smart training.
Hobbs Kessler also American and 21
Kessler aswell went under the old record 😎
American Distance running is on an uptrend
Gary Martin too, 3:48...
Absolute beast of a race by the top four runners. I'm a huge Naguse fan, so I am super thrilled for him!
Cam Myers insane performance
world champs qualifier
World Record U20
Love to see this for Nuguse! Such an excellent and humble athlete. Also props to Kessler for being the man, and breaking the world record as well!
Jared, thank you for a run I’ll never forget.......so. so, so, so, happy for you.....I was 13 when Rim Ryun set his record....last May was the 70th anniversary of Bannister going under 4. I was 36 days old at the time.
Nuguse is awesome, totally awesome, and he looks so relaxed out there.
Gary Martin in 3:48 is insane
Cam myers 1.4 seconds quicker is like 10x more insane
@ very good point - he’s in another class definitely but big breakthrough for Martin
@@naturesplantersvariegateds8680 That has to be the collegiate record.
@@zk4761 That would be a no! Ethan Strand ran the collegiate record last week- 3:48.32
Congrats to Yared - and Grant Fisher as well. First time world records indoors for both at the same meet is setting up a heck of a year outdoors.
3:46 on an indoor track is INSANE
El Guerroug's record could definitely fall this year!
Let's hope we get Jakob, Nuguse, Hocker, Kerr and Kessler in the Monaco meet
I think Jakob is the only one capable of breaking El Guerrouj's outdoor mile world record right now. I'd probably give him better odds in the 1500m than mile though.
Amazing effort by Nuguse. Kessler also deserves praise for going under the WR as well. It will be interesting to see if their success continues outdoors.
Well done, Yared! A great job by Kesler as well.
Nuguse's form looks amazing, it's changed slightly and he looks more confident in the way he runs
Haven’t watched the 3k yet and got spoiled at the result LOL. Crazy race here, huge props to Nuguse
Cam Myers is an upcoming prodigy, literally the next Ingebrigsten
Habz 🇫🇷 european record ❤
Wow. What an accomplishment! Yared was really hurting the final 300m but somehow gritted his way to the WR.
The Goose is Loose!!!!!!!!!
Awesome, the nice guy wins!! and props to Kessler to push him to the WR.
Louisville, KY right there!!! #Goose
Brilrun by all but Can Myers 18 yrs old coming through fir third in an Australian AR and equaling Ollie Hoares outdoor record. Wr for U20 to boot indoor and out.
What a race! So happy for Yared, also great races by Hobbs, Cam, and everyone else. Is everyone already in spectacular race shape, or is this new surface giving everyone a 1% boost?
What about Cam Myers at 3:47.48, less than a second (0.85) behind Nuguse? He’s only 18 years of age with 16 months still as a junior (under 20)! Milers generally tend to peak around 23 or 24 (obviously lots of exceptions). His potential is frightening! Well under 3:30.00 for 1500M outdoors is definitely on the cards before he turns 19 on June 9 this year. But how far under? Can’t wait to see this year unfold for him. Appears all the junior records within his range (1500M to 3000M) will be skewered by him before he turns 20. Another Ingebrigtsen? Maybe too much of a stretch.
What a day for US track & field!
Congratulations
Ingebrigtsen, Nuguse, Fisher, Hocker, and Kerr Mile and 5k gonna go 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Kessler broke the WR too! ...but came in second. And Myers came with a couple tenths of doing the same but broke the age world record (I believe). The future for the mile in the next couple years is going to be insane. It's like the Coe, Ovett, Cram, Scott, Walker era!
Yared Nuguse is a new world record.
Americans not doing anything for decades and then coming out of nowhere to get multiple medals at middle-long distance races at the Olympics last year and now four Americans breaking the world record in one meet….what changed?
Don't question it ! ! They just love their burritos!
Sheer❤
Nice!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Gary Martin 3:48 is absurd
World Record bonus is only $25K...simply disgraceful.
25k!!!! Get that money!!!!
PLEASE stop putting the results in the title 🙏
Ever heard of the Algorithm?
Ray Flynn looks like he's well above his racing weight!
Nuguse haters are coping right now (but I only know one exists, he might be alone now)
Kessler was also under the previous world record too
Dude just won the Stanley Cup
Kerr 💀
Goose breaks a WR and it's not even the most impressive performance in the race which goes to Myers
Why's the video quality terrible?
8th place 3:49?!@'sa! Are you serious?!
Typical Kerr not racing. Always an excuse to not race. Nuguse would have beaten him anyway.
Congratulations Ethiopian American man ,🙏🏾✌🏽👍🏾❤️
Where is Kerr?
The commentators explained that he is sick.
Busy cementing his legacy with another no show
lol wynn is so rolled. how is he pro
First 🎉
Mon petit ami m'a acheté de la lingerie tellement compliquée que j'ai eu besoin d'un tutoriel sur TH-cam pour savoir comment l'enfiler. C'est censé être facile d'accès, pas un casse-tête 👄
Great performance by 🇺🇸’s Ethiopian star. If you are saying his name, it’s not hard to say it properly. It’s not “Ne-goose”. It’s “Negoose-eh” like Mo Saleh or Yunas Mussa the USA soccer player
It was pronounced correctly. Yared has confirmed this himself.
Congratulations. Every test for merit should be measured this way. I wish the other countries would choos less DEI hires to compete.
My apologies to Nuguse for ever doubting him. I was saying some ignorant sh*t about him in recent years. My bad.
There must be a new supplement that is enabling these fast times.
