Great video Vadym !! I'm a beginner and i'm doing my push training as follows:
15 minutes - 10 Reps - EMON for each exercise, regular dips, bar dips, regular push ups, diamond push ups
Do you reccomend training that way?
In order to progress faster and gain more explosion and endurance, should i insert more push exercises, like handstand push ups? Or should i increase the amount of time for each exercise and add weights?

You should probably implement some shoulder focus exercises like the handstand push-ups and its progressions like the pike PU

Vadym what do you think about upper/Lower 5 days a week program.I mean
Mon:upper
Thu:lower
Wed: upper
Thur:rest
Fri:upper
Sat:rest
Sun:cardio
I usualy train 3-4 hours weighted calisthenics.do you think this plan is good or thats not enough rest between workouts.Please answer
2x lower and its good
If you don't need the rest, you can train weighted or endurance (or other) 2 or more days, it can be more effective in some ways

Vadym, great video brother. I have a doubt though. So what I've observed is that the dip method you are showing us is to use is the elbows flaring outside method instead of backside. My question is that will it not lead to shoulder injury due to the internal rotation of the shoulders? Or does it just help with the Calisthenics moves in particular like the Muscle Up etc.
I've been also told by my friends (not any newbies) not to put my elbows to the side, to keep them behind. But it doesn't feel right/natural. Not even during muscle ups, Vadym puts his elbows to the side too. Well, even though I see only Vadym do this, I'll trust him :)
See brother your watching calisthenics dips not regular gym bar dips so you will notice difference between every bodyweight elemental workout when it comes to comparision.
