Ingredients
1kg Lamb on the bone (curry cut and mixed)
3 tbsp Brown onion paste (3 medium-sized onions and sliced and fried)
2 tbsp Ginger, garlic and chilli paste (2x4'' ginger, 10 garlic cloves,3 green chillies)
3-4 tbsp Vegetable oil/ghee
1 cup Plain yoghurt
2 tbsp Coriander powder
2 tsp Degi mirich (chilli powder)
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Garam Masala
4'' Cinnamon Stick
5-6 Black cardamoms
7-8 Green cardamoms
7-8 Cloves
6-7 Black peppercorns
1 Blade of a mace
1/2 Nutmeg
1/2 tbsp Kevda water
salt to taste
hot water as required

You Indian but.grew up in Scotland?
This is so stellar. I got stuff to make lamb korma. Now I'm mad, I didn't get better sweet spices. Guess I'm gonna add lentils, yams and spinach, with methi seeds and dried. Oh well.
