    I'm trying to average 10k a day. Some days will be 5K, others 15k. I work a job where I can't bring any step tracker to work, so none of my steps count work hours. My averages likely much higher. I have been doing it for 60 days, and feel a lot better. Combining with 3x a week hypertrophy training
