Thanks!
This crap did not work. Felt nothing except the worst heart burn from the veggie one for hours. There is no substitute for eating whole fruits and veggies. Don’t waste your money. I feel stupid I gave into all those commercials with “real people giving real results”.
Thanks, Len. That is a common conclusion on this stuff.
Similar surgery, very similar recovery experience. On Day 8 today. Rather than extended walking sessions, I've been trying to get 250 steps an hour, 14 hours a day. Yesterday, I started applying an ice gel pack over the dressing and a T-shirt, velcroing it with an elastic wrap, whenever I was up and out of bed. That has really provided relief, and I wish I'd started doing it sooner. I've experienced weight loss, loss of appetite, and frequent nausea. The hydrocodone is the likely cause, and the zoflan hasn't managed to quite keep it suppressed. Can't wait to end the pain meds and finally go for real walks outside again. That's my next goal.
I'd suggest some Olympic Squatting shoes. They aren't too expensive and they elevate your heel a bunch which makes it easier for you to get deeper without cjrving your lower back👍
Thanks for the advice!
Im just curious what month your in? I just finished my 3rd month since my surgery im benching and doing seated leg press basic spread for routine just no squats. Best of luck buddy just dont over do it. Ive had 2 spinal surgeries since 2022.
3 years removed. Squatting is the LAST lift I came back to. I took it extremely slow.
Check out allotropic glyconutrients over 100 scientifically backed benefits all people are deficient of them we only get 2/8 in our diet when we only get 2/8 glyco forms(our cels antennas) cannot be properly made and makes cancer and other diseases go unrecognized and our body to not be at its fullest potential!
I just had my six week visit with the surgeon after my fusion surgery and it took an x-ray of course and at this x-ray actually had me bend for the first time, this was after six weeks. I couldn’t touch my toes, but I was surprised that I could even binge as far as I did.
Kieth, keep moving forward brother. How are you today ?
Some missing information here. Was it a minimal invasive surgery or open surgery? Was it anterior (abdominal) access?
Hey Ignacio. How are you? Open surgery, PLIF so from the posterior.
I need sommmmme help im hurting nothing you said is working im just Laying here😢
What is your diagnosis?
Nicely done video. Clear, includes the important details. Excellent that you stressed going at your own pace. People and the kinds of back surgery they need are all extremely different, so be sure to follow your own doctor's instructions.
Bought one earlier this year, spending $3,000 on the cooling unit and bath. The cooling unit has not worked properly/consistently since receiving it. A second unit was sent out to only receive the same issues with LITTLE SUPPORT outside of text messages and emails of TH-cam clips that we’ve already seen and tried. Requested a return and refund without success. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. AVOID THEM THEIR NEW REBRAND NAMED Warrior Willpower!!
Matt, I’m really sorry to hear this. I am not a representative of the company nor do I get paid from them. What I can say is I did not have these problems. I’m honestly sorry that you went through that brother.
You are an imspiration young man! I am having 4and 5 fused plus a lamanectomy on 3 to remove a cyst , so 345 bridged. Im terrified. Im in greatshape now and can still walk 3 miles a day and do evrtything but with pain. I was on the fence firever and backed out many times recently as March 19. Im just worried ill have as much pain after. Thanks for all videos
You’re welcome! I’m glad they helped!
Been on it for 3 years. Zero change in my body no more energy than usual. Its a scam
Thank you for your testimonial! That’s a lot of money spent.
How soon after your surgery did you have your follow up appointment with the neurologist? When did you actually start physical therapy?
I had a follow up after a month. I NEVER did physical therapy. I had such a sour taste when they couldn’t get on the same page and wanted me there the day after surgery I did it all myself.
Extremely helpful.. Thanks
Thank you brother
@@TheFuzedLife Dear I have sent you an email please check it and advice me what to do

Not every company is there to make money, and not all companies cut corners. The key is to support those that do not. Jocko is a true American patriot, no corners are cut 100%.
Well, every company does exist to make money. Some scam, trick and exploit you more than others. But as a company you have to make money. I get what you’re saying though.
I have exactly that pain now and will have the same L4 L5 and S1 surgery as you in 1 to 2 months. Hope for good results after surgery. Thanks for a great video
Great content. Ive had 2 surgeries most recent was 3 months ago. Have had all lower lumber fused. 4 cages im very restricted as far as mobility. I am back at the gym now having to be very cautious on how i approach lifting. Not going to lie it is exhausting. But no pain.
Glad it worked out for you , I’m 59 not sure what I’m going to do
Thank you and good luck sir!

They really are. They’re easy to use and mobile.

$250-400 in general.
Love your channel! Keep us back pain sufferers walking upright.

Monohydrate?
That is what I use.
Great! I’ll try it!
Please let me know how it goes.
What brand do you recommend.
Warrior Willpower is the brand of tub I have.
I do this for brain fog. It really helps!
I agree 100%. I am in better mood and think straight after a nice cold plunge.
l took balance of nature for almost 1 year and saw no results at all l called them and told them l was a year client and had seen no improvement at all after a year. they told me to take 9 of each to see results. that is 6 bottles per month $207.00 per month on supplements that might or might not work. to me that was a rip-off Balance of nature is a rip no good.$900.00 down the trash or better yet the toilet.
Sounds about right, lol
Exactly all the symptoms I'm experiencing. Surgery 6/18 2024 ...hope u get better .🙏
Victor, I’m doing great 3 years post op. I hope you’re doing well! Good luck on recovery! Keep me updated!
@TheFuzedLife Thank you Sir. I surely will try I'm on day 6, but the reovery is going well and Thanks to my wife being there 100%.
27 year old electrical lineman here,10+ years of issues.Past 15 months have been hell.Scheduled for same surgery in the upcoming months.Supper scared for I am a fit individual.I have been in wheelchairs before bedridden help dressed etc and got though it and healed myself to when I could squat deadlift or anything I wanted to do.Now I can’t do any of those things esp long drives.Getting surgery to hopefully restore long drives and do things a 20 year old should be able to do.
I’m in the same boat, but no shots yet or surgery yet as well . Thing is my right leg has a lot of numbness from the issue back in 2020. Now it’s worse I my left leg. I’m in doctors appointments limbo now waiting for a answer.
Thank you your info is important for me it is four weeks since I had surgery but I am 74 so my progress is slower, I had suffered with horrendous back pain for over 20 years my body had become weak and flabby because I was unable to walk, the Drs didn’t want to know me other than prescribe strong pain meds. My knees were giving up on me and I had planter fasciitis in my left foot. My husband wanted to buy me a wheelchair but I refused. I then heard about a Doctor from my dentist, so I went privately to him he operated on me four weeks ago. I am getting stronger but need to walk more which hasn’t been easy as my knees are playing me up. I am determined to get to be as strong as possible as up to the age of fifty I went to the gym five nights per week. One of my hinderances is last year I fell and broke my left wrist so pushing up on my arms has been difficult I can get in and out of bed unaided now and am able to sit longer in a chair, I need to improve my walking but I am currently living in Spain and the heat is horrendous so I’m limited, last week I had a UT infection which really set me back, so we are off again now. I’m walking with aid of one stick I can manage without but a nervous about falling again. Good luck with your recovery and I’m pleased you keep us up to date, it’s interesting to me I can’t compete because we have fourth years difference but I can set my goals. Bless you.
Quick question --- I am 4-weeks post-op from having my L3-4-5 spinal fusion - I am experiencing hip and groin pain - is this something you ever experienced during your recovery?
Yes sir I experienced a little groin and hip pain. I had pain in a lot of weird places at weird times. It did not last long in the groin for me sir.
Thank you for this. I’m in the same situation you were in prior to surgery and understanding your journey is truly helpful.
Rick, I’m glad you got value from this! Thanks for supporting the channel and good luck sir!
Get on disability. Dont try to go back to the weights. God bless. Your young. Take the extra time off. Before you think about work outs.
Mr lemancyzk 💪🫡🙌🙌 Such a great guy
Loving every minute of this performance. ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks, it’s an AI video.
Hi k I had an L4 L5 spine surgery today makes me six days since the surgery but I'm having troubleshooting pain all over my legs i mean my both legs like the pain will never get away i can not explain it better but it's like electric pain shot in my legs
Good intel, thanks.
Thank you sir!
Scam. No doubt.
Some say it’s a scam.
I don’t know how it works. Never worked for me.
It’s controversial for sure.
