  • This delightful interview with Dr. John McDougall occurred back in 2019, as part of an interview series I hosted. Since the tragic news of the recent passing of this incredible man, I have wanted to share an important message about his profound impact and his wisdom that made all the difference to the health and lives of thousands of people everywhere. I decided there would be no better way for me to honour him than to share this interview with you. He was a pioneer in the greatest sense and a hero for the truth about food and human health. He was also a wonderful human being. I am so sad he is gone. I know you'll find this interview inspiring and helpful.

“All disease, at some period or other of its course, is more or less a reparative process, not necessarily accompanied with suffering: an effort of nature to remedy a process of poisoning or of decay, which has taken place weeks, months, sometimes years beforehand, unnoticed.”
    - Florence Nightingale

I heard Dr. McDougall died from Dr. Barnard last Friday. But he did not mentioned what Dr. McDougall died from. He seem "healthy" and energetic in this video in 2019, that only 5 years ago. Shocking to me he passed away.
