@@watchmanexpert I absolutely love it. 66k miles in just over two years and she’s treated me well. Of course there’s stupid GM crap that they do that I bitch about but overall, truck is awesome.
@@BanditDavesToyChest Do you plan to keep it for many years? I want buy 3.0 but the DEF thing scare me I leer truck for 10 to 15 years and the DEF I hear if fail can be really expensive
I only average about 8000 miles per year in my vehicle. I was thinking about a new vehicle, and would you suggest a gas-powered or diesel one? I'm a diesel fan, but I don't know how the long-term reliability would be with the little 3liter duramax?
When you put on those 8k miles is it in large chunks or is it a few miles a day? Mathematically you’re at roughly 25-30 miles a work day which isn’t too bad honestly. In my opinion you’re right at that point where you could go either way. The problem is that folks will always complain about a vehicle - gas diesel or electric. I’d probably go gas for your commute because of the distance unless this miles are really working hard each day then it’d be diesel fosho.
I'm just curious about the fuel mileage on the new tires vs. the old tires
Will check this out over this coming week and report back! 👍🏻
@@BanditDavesToyChesthow many miles is u 3.0 duramax ? Any issue ? Can you recommend the 3.0 ? I and think in buy one

dura tracs are the only tires i buy for my rides....great in mud and snow..
Those tires may need a little break in period. I’ve always heard that anyway. That slight wobble may go away after a few hundred miles.
I’ll def keep you all posted!

@@watchmanexpert plan to keep her as long as it makes sense. May end up going diesel suburban for a family hauler
