I really appreciate this conversation.More women need to be aware of how attaching yourself to the wrong man can shift your life’s trajectory. It’s understated.
Also women need to stop feeding on society's double standards when it comes to dating. A good example is where men are expected to search and women to just settle. Some of these toxic ideologies like “being chosen” are to blame because they encourage women to be passive in important decisions e.g who they partner with, leading them to placing mediocrity on pedestals and tolerating bull$***. Unfortunately, a lot of young women learn to attach their value/worth with desirability from men, so making the decision to attach themselves to the wrong man almost seems better than nothing at all. You move different when you know you're the prize ☺️
