I needed this video longtime ago but Still after owning my Striple R. Over 6years, this video is worth of a 12 pack of brewskies. 🎉 thank you sir.

thanks this is what I need. My stepper motor is making some noise when doing it job. I decide to replate it soon

Would this procedure work for a 07 speed triple I cracked my tps by accident , only replacing that part? Thank you for your post.

a question. Do the throttle body butterflies, in their closed position, allow some light to pass through or are they closed watertight?

TPS on my Daytona shows to high voltage PO123 error on comp + check engine flashes. However diagnostic tool TUNE ECU shows smooth 0-100% control. Tommorow i wll open it and check .. for ....(and here i dont know what) cause sensor seems to work fine, but still there is PO123 code and limp mode on bike.

Sorry for delayed response! Tough one, I'm not sure where to go with this.. I'd say check actual voltage of TPS (could be knackered), wiring and even spacer bolts, as overtightening can cause issues. Best of luck, will be interested to know what happens.

It was 5 volt on closed TPS position , which is highest amount voltage input (100% TP). Start one should be 0,6 volt (on both TPS-es Daytona 600). First adjusted 2nd TPS (its just potentiometer lowering voltage) with screwdiver to 0,6 v start position ( gap was 0,8v for First TP ..which should be ok anyway ..but i changed it also) than clicked it on butterfly iron bar/second throtle electromagnet opening mechanism and it works perfect ; ) (cheers for respons anyway, it was just my first contact with motorbikes and mechanics as well)

Where did you get TuneECU? I see so many results and don't know what is what, and now I'm hearing there is a phone version.

The Windows version of TuneECU has been discontinued and replaced by an Android version from what I can gather

    Hello ! Tuneecu say 0.72V. Right ? You say 0.60+0.15 then 0.75. Do you know ? Thank's guy !
