I used your method this week to bake bread, made a few adjustments and it still turned out tasty and soft. Thank you
    Adjustments I made:
1)Instead of 3 tablespoons of sugar….I used 1 teaspoon of sugar.
    2)Instead of egg…. I used 1 mashed banana
3)Instead of 3 tablespoons of powdered milk….i used 3 tablespoons of soy milk.

I noticed that you used instant yeast. In case I want to use, active dry yeast, will it be the sane measurement? And does it mean, the water has to be warm instead?
Also will I have to wait for the bread to rise?

You need to do 200c which is 400 Fahrenheit. Because she uses a fan oven which is different from a conventional oven. Search on the internet for oven conversion table.

Good Evening Ma from Nigeria, I love your process in making bread. Can I use this recipe for commercial bread and do I necessarily need a preservative for my bread. Then can I mix with my hand now I don’t have a mixer, then can substitute oil for the butter in the recipe. I am a student who wants to start a small business. I will be so happy to get your response Ma. Thank you in anticipation.

    • @YummieliciouzFoodRecipes

      Thank you for your comment.
Yes, you can use the recipe for commercial purposes. However, you will need to use preservatives to enhance the bread's shelf life. Sure, you can mix with your hand in the absence of a stand mixer. Again, yes, you can substitute oil for butter - use half the amount. Thank you for watching.
