    Firstly, I tried using 1/2 of the whole recipe. And it came out nice. Although I burnt it. That’s bcos I don’t have the food thermometer which is needed for the kinda oven I use. I tot of using some tricks by lowering my gas oven.. after I must have preheated for about 10min.
    I tried again today using the whole reverse measurement. It came out super nice 👌 my hands sure did a great job in kneading. My family enjoyed. Still have some leftovers.
    The most amazing thing about your recipe is that it is economical. No milk No egg. Wow! And it still tastes good.
    I won’t stop baking bread every week 😂
    Thank you so much and God bless you for sharing 🙏

    Also, if we want to use bread flour, should it be same quantity as the all purpose flour??

    • @MyfoodandlifehistoryVc
      @MyfoodandlifehistoryVc  18 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +1

      It does different things in both pies and bread
      For bread it helps to bind the air spaces giving a compact dough
      In pies it keeps it flaky

    God bless you Sir.... this is great, i tried it out, but i found out that my dough is very hard after nieding it in my machine for about 15 minutes, the dough is not so smooth, its elastic though, but not fluffy like the one i see with you.... looking forward to your response sir

    • @MyfoodandlifehistoryVc
      @MyfoodandlifehistoryVc  ปีที่แล้ว

      If you are in Nigeria this is the dry season, so your dough tends to take up more moisture, so you can increase the water to 500g. Secondly, the kneading time should be up to 20 to 30 minutes and once moulded into pan, give it enough time to proof depending on the size of your pan. Also note that this dry season bread dough takes longer to proof. So put these corrections into practice and get me your feedback here
