It would have been a good idea to fish out the technical data where he mentions it's located and then confirmed if entering test mode was the same on your particular washer.

We have the older Cabrio Platinum washer, I think from around 2010 or 2011 and it's supposed to have a tub light but it doesn't work, do you know how to change the tub light so we can get it working?

I changed the water valve on my same washer but I am trying to reset it so I can see if it works. Can you tell me how to reset it or do a video to make sure that I put the water valve in correctly

Yes run the washer machine if it drains that means you did it right if you want to reset the washer you need to disconnect it for at least 30 minutes

Mine was unplugged and in the garage for over a year... had to replace the little bearings/gear in it... got that replaced and now when you turn it on it locks and just hums... no code is shown
